The latest result of these efforts is the Kappa 235.

The intelligent use of maximum drive power ensures very high pull-off forces while also enabling an unprecedented feed speed which offers enormous advantages in the processing of long wires. You are free to choose from among the various types of roller drives and the wire drive (belt drive). That means you can always select the perfect solution for any requirement.

In multi-strand cables, the outside jacket and the insulation on the inner wires can now be processed (as an optional feature). Both main cables and fine sensor conductors for example 3 x 0.14mm² in size, this processing is carried out in a two step work cycle. Likewise the same module can be used to slit the wire insulation/jacket with appropriate blades.

After very easy entry of a small number of values, the Kappa 235 is ready to handle your production reliably and quickly. Thanks to the new express programming feature relieves the operator of having to enter a lot of inputs. Operation is thus made all the easier and the amount of required training is reduced.

The wide range of accessories available for the existing Kappa family can naturally also be used on the Kappa 235. With these diverse feeding, marking and deposit systems and the other accessories, users can put together an optimum processing line.
