Komax 270 / 280

The active, pneumatically powered Komax 270 deposit system lays the processed wires neatly and simply into a tray attached to the Komax 250 production table. The Komax 270 is controlled fully automatically from the Komax cut-and-strip machine. Wires up to 2.5m in length are deposited in an orderly fashion.

This is the larger version of the Komax 270 and is designed for use on the Kappa 240. It can also be used for the deposition of heavy wires (e.g. 95mm2 stranded wires) and wires up to 3.5m long.

The two deposit systems Komax 270 and Komax 280 are also available as frame-mounted mobile versions. These versions are ideal for achieving short changeover times between different deposit systems, e.g. a Komax dps 272 and a Komax 270.
